HOW TO GET THE "STING" OUT OF THE BITE
I have many publications - books, magazine articles, pamphlets - that cite various types of  research that has been done on garlic. Most of them admit that "raw is best", but then proceed to encourage the readers to purchase "odorless extracts", pills, gel caps, dried garlic, or garlic in some other processed form. They contradict their own writings, when they say that garlic in the above forms, is equally effective. That is a LIE. I "followed the money" on several of the authors, and found that they were either IN the supplement business themselves, OR, they were promoting the product of  some company that is. If, for some reason, you cannot get RAW garlic into you, the next best options are slightly cooked or roasted, or the odorless extract - BUT, at the risk of being VERY redundant - RAW garlic is the best.

When I started eating garlic, I was very, very ill; and thin - almost as a skeleton. You could count all of my ribs, right through my shirts. I felt like I was all-but thumped over the head, spiritually, and instructed to eat GARLIC - RAW. When I finally listened, I observed more results in about 20 seconds, than I had in 2 years of trying every other natural remedy I could find, including garlic supplements in various forms. One thin slice of raw garlic, applied to the area that was the root of the problem, effected dramatic results.

You really cannot improve on the efficacy of RAW garlic. It has antifungal, antibiotic, antiseptic, antiviral, antioxidant, antiparasitic, anticancer, and ANTISOCIAL properties. NO...just kidding on that last one! I experimented on it, for the next year, in many different formulations - raw, baked, roasted, fried, juiced, in pill form, in gel caps, in powder, in liquid preparations from the health food store, crushed, minced, sliced, and diced - in jars, and dried, too. My results indicated that there is no better way to take it, for optimum results, than RAW. No one ever complained about the odor.
Does it bite and sting a bit? A bit. Is there a way around that? Yessir - several...

One sure-fire way to eliminate the "bite" from raw garlic, is to eat it with some form of fat. That can be as simple as butter, olive oil, or coconut oil. Combining it with mayonnaise, salad dressing, cheese, meat, eggs - anything that contains some fat - "cuts" the bite. Oh, and - don't eat it raw, before you mix it with something, on an empty stomach - you'll vomit.

It can be very easy to get raw garlic into you. Take a slice of wholegrain toast, spread butter on it, and slice, press, or mince a couple of cloves of garlic on the butter, and mix it in. Top it off, if you wish, with a slice of natural cheese - NOT cheese food, or Velveeta, but REAL CHEESE. For those of you who do not handle dairy products well - just add your raw garlic to any dish that has fat in it - right before you eat it. You'll be surprised at how the fat "seals off" the "bite", and makes it MUCH easier to handle.

Olive oil works great, as does butter, extra virgin coconut oil - which is NOT the hardened fat MONSTER we have been TOLD it is - or sesame oil. A GREAT way to take it, is in raw honey and butter. Mix them both together, and spread it on toast. The honey seems to also "seal" off the "bite", and adds additional nutrition to your day.

Sometimes, my family mixes it up with mashed garbanzo beans, kidney beans, lentils - or just about any kind of beans - but NOT canned "pork 'n beans". Then, we add olive oil and spices, and eat it with tortilla chips (the wholegrain kind) or flatbread, or just by itself - like hummus. Grate garlic on salad, slice it and put it into any sandwich, put it in your soup - but GET IT INTO YOUR BODY. 

Until you get used to the taste of it, an excellent way to get it RAW into your intestines, is to lightly "toast" the outside of a peeled, raw clove over the stovetop burner, just until it is brown, and swallow it. It's potency will be increased if you make several crisscross slits in the clove, not quite all the way through it. This helps combine the active ingredients in garlic, so they can start cleaning toxins and poisons out of your system, faster. When you swallow the clove WHOLE, your stomach acids basically attack only the outside, toasted part, and the bulk of the garlic reaches your intestines, RAW. Disease begins in the colon, you know - the "sewer system" of your body. I know of a lady, who cleared her acne-scarred, pock-marked complexion up in just a year, using this method. She didn't change her diet at all, but she swallowed one garlic clove a day. I also know of a Japanese doctor, who used RAW garlic extensively in his practice. By applying thin slices of it directly to one elderly patient's "thought-to-be incurable" facial skin infection, a cure was effected.
Incidentally, for those of you who are unfamiliar with garlic, it behooves me to point out, that I recommend SMALL cloves for swallowing. A CLOVE is a part of the entire BULB. The sections of garlic are also called TOES. I suggest that you eat at least 1-3 CLOVES, or TOES of garlic, every day... not 1-3 BULBS. I HAVE done that, but, at the time - I was fighting for my life, and some of it was cooked.
A friend of mine, a chiropractor in Washington state, was acutely ill, with a disease in his intestines. He over-enthusiastically took me at my word, but didn't pay attention to the quantities I suggested that he eat. Consequently, he ate about 3 entire BULBS of garlic a day. He was totally healed, but had some rough going, getting there. His body went through all KINDS of detoxifying, and he felt pretty bad for quite a while --- BUT --- he stuck with it, and was healed. To the best of my knowledge, he still IS.
